The upcoming series from the production team behind KISEKI/See Your Love – Secret Lover has just launched its official Instagram account: @secretlover.tw.official, revealing the first images of the main cast. Judging by this update, the premiere might not be far off!

Filming began in December last year and wrapped up earlier this year. The series is adapted from the manga Itte Owari na Wake ga Nai! by Komeoka Shigu. Returning as director is 姜秉辰 (Jiāng Bǐngchén), known for See Your Love, while the script is penned by a protégé of renowned screenwriter 林佩由 (Lín Pèiyóu).

陆俊希 (Lù Jùnxī), 韩拓 (Hán Tuò), and childhood friend 林小阳 (Lín Xiǎoyáng) have been inseparable since the age of ten. But after entering university, 韩拓 (played by Chance / 成曦 Chéng Xī) realizes his feelings for 俊希 (played by 王俊昊 Wáng Jùnhào) go far beyond friendship — though he chooses to keep them hidden. Everything changes when he finds out that 俊希 plans to confess to 小阳 (played by 林燕慈 Lín Yàncí). That’s when 韩拓 finally begins to pursue him. Even after they officially become lovers, the two still have to pretend to be just close “brothers” in front of others. Beneath the sweetness of their love lies the silent struggle of a distance that seems impossible to bridge.
