Shido Academy High School—a secluded all-boys boarding school set against the backdrop of a quiet mountainside.

Second-year student Hayama Takumi is assigned as a roommate to Saki Giichi, known by everyone as Gii, immediately drawing the jealous and hostile stares of their classmates.

In truth, Takumi and Gii are already secret lovers. Takumi feels happiness in their bond, yet deep inside, he lives with the fear: “If I reveal everything about myself, he might come to hate me.” Gii, on the other hand, struggles with the pain of being so near yet unable to touch him openly, slowly losing sight of Takumi’s true feelings. Tensions rise further when Nozaki, a persistent third-year student, begins pursuing Takumi—stirring Gii’s jealousy and frustration.

But Takumi and Gii’s story is only one of many within Shido Academy. Yoshizawa Michio, who shares a room with the Madonna-like Takabayashi Izumi, quietly hides his unspoken affection. First-year Shigyoji Kanemitsu is captivated by senior Misuzu Arata, whom he met during the entrance exam, though he is met only with cold rejection. Meanwhile, Akaike Shozo, a friend of Takumi and Gii, unknowingly becomes the quiet object of upperclassman Shibata Shun’s tender feelings.
