Ash (烟灰), starring Peng Ziye, Yixuan (Kingston), and Li Zesheng, is adapted from Feng Nong’s web novel of the same name.

The story follows a man who is searching for his missing boyfriend, a police officer whose disappearance leaves behind more questions than answers. As he continues to investigate, he unexpectedly finds himself drawn into the world of a powerful mafia family.

The deeper he goes, the more confusing his situation becomes. Before long, he is known as the mafia boss’s son-in-law—but whether this role is genuine or part of a larger undercover operation remains uncertain.

Caught between the criminal underworld and the mystery surrounding his boyfriend’s disappearance, he must navigate a web of secrets while searching for the truth.

Ash is scheduled to premiere in August and will consist of 9 episodes, each approximately 45 minutes long.
