Three years after disappearing without a trace, he returns—not as a memory, but as a roommate in a tiny 5-pyeong apartment.

We are taking on a new challenge with Mu:D’s first BL (Boys’ Love) genre, returning to our “初心 (beginner’s mindset).”

Mu:D’s first emotional BL romance, <Yellow Line>, tells the story of a youthful first love at 19. The boy who disappeared without a trace the day after a confession reappears three years later—as a roommate in a tiny 5-pyeong studio apartment—leading to a subtle, closed-space cohabitation romance.

Seo Hae-won (22 / 2nd year, Visual Design)
A cold, guarded man who puts a yellow tape line across the middle of his room to avoid getting hurt, strictly maintaining boundaries. After being abandoned by Lee Jae—the person he trusted most—he shut himself off from others and struggled through life alone. But despite his tough exterior, he is sensitive and vulnerable, and begins to waver again when Lee Jae unexpectedly crosses that line back into his life.

Jung Lee-jae (22 / 1st year, Physical Education)
After enduring three hellish years away, he returns and silently crosses the line Hae-won drew, moving forward with straightforward determination. Though he appears rough and tough, he is actually sincere and uncomplicated at heart, like a big dog. Despite hitting rock bottom while trying to pay off his family’s debts, he pushes forward again, driven solely by his feelings for Hae-won.

Yoon Ah-reum (22 / 2nd year, Visual Design) – Jo Dan-yeok
Hae-won’s classmate and only close friend. Having witnessed Hae-won’s painful collapse three years ago, Ah-reum cares deeply for him and tries to protect him. Initially wary of Lee Jae’s sudden reappearance in Hae-won’s room and attempts to drive him away, Ah-reum is the first to recognize Lee Jae’s hidden struggles and sincerity. Acting as a sharp and charismatic “relationship mediator,” Ah-reum breaks through the emotional barriers between the two and helps move their relationship forward.
