On a winter evening in 1979, as arrests begin following the Formosa Incident, the city falls under strict curfew.

Amid the tense atmosphere, a teenage student notices a mysterious young man walking along a riverside path. Driven by curiosity, he follows him to an abandoned hut.

Inside the quiet shelter, the two strangers share their fear of the situation around them. In that brief moment of isolation, a fragile sense of trust begins to form between them.

But the night takes a different turn when the student is later caught by a plain-clothes police officer. At that moment, the young man who shared the hut with him chooses to look the other way.
