The manga The Servant Prince(しもべの王子様) by Tatsumoto Mio will be adapted into a live-action drama series.

Ogawa Fuminori (BUDDiiS) will play Naoya, while Saito Toshiki takes on the role of Takaaki.

The story follows Naoya, a gifted student admired by everyone at school, and Takaaki, a boy considered to be at the bottom of the school hierarchy who is constantly ordered around by him. No matter how unreasonable Naoya’s demands are, Takaaki always obeys without complaint.

Ten years later, their situations are completely reversed. After failing in business, Naoya loses everything and becomes unemployed, while Takaaki grows into the successful young CEO of a startup company. Despite the dramatic change in social status, Takaaki continues to stay by Naoya’s side and devotedly serves him just as he did in the past.

The series portrays a love story built around a master-and-servant relationship that continues over the course of ten years between a man once treated like a “prince” and the loyal subordinate who never leaves him.

The drama is scheduled to premiere on Tokyo MX on July 3, 2026.
